★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a printer. waited for 11 days. called to see what's up. they say the printer was never available, which is ridiculous cause I bought it. Staff was rude. Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 15km on purpose to go to this shop as it listed all the components I needed as in stock only to arrive there and find out not a single one was actually in stock. For this to happen to any shop other than a computer shop would be a disaster, to happen to a computer shop is just disrespectful to all costumers and the environment.

Usually if they don't have something in stock in this branch they'll usually get it the next day in the evening, after it arrives they'll call you to inform you and you can just go and pick it up! Does usually get busy during lunch time and around 18.00, so do be prepared if you are going around those times.
