★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de mais de 10 anos como cliente deste espaço e apesar de sempre ter havido alguns problemas menores, principalmente através da plataforma online e o stock local, sempre recomendei esta loja a todos os que conhecia e até fiz com que várias empresas passassem a comprar produtos nesta loja, hoje fui surpreendido como uma politica da loja que prejudica a retenção do cliente.
A chiptec acredita que os seus cliente são entidades bancárias que fazem empréstimos sem cobrar juros.
No caso de compra de um produto e da sua devolução ,por o próprio produto ser defeituoso e não cumprir os requisitos com que se compromete, a Chiptec retem o valor da compra passando apenas uma nota de crédito para usar numa compra futura.
Sendo a quota de mercado desta loja produtos de compra não recorrente poderão os valores estarem retidos na loja até o cliente "inventar" algo para comprar.

 After more than 10 years as a customer of this space and although there have always been some minor problems, mainly through the online platform and the local stock, I have always recommended this store to everyone I knew and even made several companies start buying products. In this store, I was surprised today as a store policy that harms customer retention.
Chiptec believes that its customers are banking entities that make loans without charging interest.
In case of purchase of a product and its return, because the product itself is defective and does not meet the requirements to which it is committed, Chiptec retains the value of the purchase, passing only a credit note to use in a future purchase.
As the market share of this store is non-recurring purchase products, the amounts may be retained in the store until the customer "invents" something to buy.
I hope this information will help you when you decide to buy a high value product.

They didn't even listen to my problem, the first thing they said was that they couldn't help me before 26 of June.
Maybe I was just there to buy a new graphic card and some other components.
