★ ★ ★ ★ ★ só não dou zero porque o sistema não deixa. com a morada na encomenda ligam para avisarem que estão à porta, a pessoa não pode atender e vão-se embora sem sequer tocar à campainha.
I just don't give zero because the system won't let me. with the address on the order they call to let you know that they are at the door, the person cannot answer and they leave without even ringing the bell.

customer service 0 rate they will not help you anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is completely unprofessional. Despite providing a complete address they still could not find one of the biggest streets in Conceição de Tavira. The first time they tried to deliver in the wrong town. The next day they said they couldn’t find the street ??? I waited in my home for two days and still they couldn’t deliver. I would not recommend this company in any situation. Caution! Worten one Portugal’s largest stores use this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful, more often delivery goes wrong than well... Put your phone nr, GPS that brings the delivery right at your doorstep, and still they can’t find, and you don’t get called at all. “Package sent back to sender. Package undeliverable.”
