Não têm um sistema organizado e como tal mesmo encomendando para uma hora certa arrisca-se a esperar bastante para lá dessa hora. Se tiver azar pode esperar até 45 min depois da hora previamente combinada. Típico caso de um negócio que põe os seus clientes à espera à porta. Não vale o risco.
Although the quality of the chickens is good, be careful how long you wait at the door. They do not have an organized system and as such, even ordering for a certain time, you risk waiting a long time beyond that time. If you are unlucky, you can wait up to 45 min after the previously agreed time. Typical case of a business that has its customers waiting at the door. Not worth the risk.

Take advantage of the deserts as well, they’re top notch! Also, it is for the best that you give them a call and order up some take-away because if you decide to just show up there there’s a high probability you’ll get a long queue.
