★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento parco em respeito pelo cliente, no qual a senhora que fez o atendimento (após fazer-me esperar mais do que o razoável para que pudesse acabar o seu telefonema que me pareceu pouco profissional) me desvalorizou e não atendeu o meu pedido (ventiladores). Uma nota de elogio ao funcionário que após muitos minutos de espera me atendeu e com todo o respeito e estupefacção assistiu à petulância desta senhora.
A poor service in respect for the customer, in which the lady who made the call (after making me wait more than reasonable so that I could finish her phone call that seemed unprofessional) devalued me and did not answer my request (fans ). A note of praise to the employee who, after many minutes of waiting, attended me and with all respect and astonishment watched this lady's petulance.
