As 2 funcionarias que la se encontravam domingo dia 6 de fevereiro são a vergonha do serviço ao cliente, as 2 super antipáticas. Quando me foi entregue o travesseiro foi literalmente atirado para cima do balcao. A funcionária Susana , após lhe pedir a Fatura ,porque me esqueci de pedir antes de sair da bomba, foi ao lixo procurar e deu me o papel ..que era apenas a consulta da mesa . Portanto não foi fechada a conta .Acho asqueroso que uma empregada entregue um papel tirado do lixo,todo amarrotado a um cliente , e ainda diga " da próxima peça na altura" .
I frequented this pump a lot, but the service got exponentially worse. The 2 employees that were there on Sunday, February 6th are the shame of customer service, the 2 are super unfriendly. When it was handed to me, the pillow was literally thrown over the counter. The employee Susana, after asking her for the Invoice, because I forgot to ask before leaving the pump, went to the garbage to look for it and gave me the paper..which was just the table consultation. So the account wasn't closed. I think it's disgusting that a maid delivers a paper taken from the trash, all crumpled to a customer, and still says " next piece at the time ".
