Unfortunate customer service and repair I ran out of car 1mes. Not to mention the values for repairs there yes it hurts

Quelques heures après, ils me l'on rendu après l'avoir essayée, purgé le circuit et refait le plein de liquide... Gracieusement ! Et le personnel très aimable et très attentionné. Qu'on se le dise.
Copy! Serious problem of overheating my c5 on the highway. I was taken care of quickly. A few hours later, they returned it to me after having tried it, purged the circuit and refilled the liquid ... Graciously! And the very friendly and attentive staff. Spread the word.

Lazy bunch, closes at 19 but they even hang up on their faces so they don't answer! Unfortunately if they have bad habits that spoil the mark of these unfortunate employees!

It is the largest car dealership in Évora. It has almost all the brands in a single, modern and well thought out space. There, sales, after-sales and workshops coexist. Very useful for those who buy and maintain the vehicles of the brands represented there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unlucky with citroen service here in Portugal. change of locks 22 eur more expensive than Beja for no reason (refused to give me a written quote just an email with a number on it, so professional) time frames for quotes just as bad as Beja (over 25 days waiting for a quote in Evora and more than 1,5 months on Beja) jumped over to Spain in the hope of better results
Citroen HQ if you dont fix this you will lose on customers, this service is unacceptable.
They require payment in advance (over 800 quid) but refuse to give you invoice for it after the repair has been done (required for my insurance)......6 weeks later.....outrageous
