Rental was uncomplicated. Apartment was OK for eight people for two next. The location is Topp - in the middle of the old town. But it's something to drain ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben wir ein Ersatzquatier bekommen. Das dürfte noch nicht fertig renoviert worden sein. Toilettendeckel kaputt,Wasserspühlung ging sehr schlecht und das Wasser in der Dusche rinnt fast nicht ab. Ansonsten war es sauber. Zum aus checken war leider niemand da. Wäre wichtig zwecks der Kaution.
After initial difficulties, we were given replacement quarters. That should not have been completely renovated yet. Toilet lid broken, water flushing went very badly and the water in the shower hardly runs off. Otherwise it was clean. Unfortunately nobody was there to check out. Would be important for the deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor , la buena localización...en la parte baja de la ciudad, barrio de Alfama, cerca de la catedral de Lisboa ( catedral de la Sé) y de la plaza del comercio. Parada del tranvía 28 que lleva a las colinas de la ciudad. Para dejar el coche hay un parking a 100 metros ( do cebolas) a 25 euros/ día... Pero a escasos 900 metros en Santa Apolonia con la app de telpark puedes dejarlo a 4,5 euros/día.
El apartamento está equipado aunque faltan cosas, indica que tienen secador y no había.
Como punto negativo, la limpieza, es mejorable.. los rellenos de almohadas y nórdicos no estaban recién lavados y tenían varios usos...
The best, the good location ... in the lower part of the city, Alfama district, near the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé Cathedral) and the Plaza del Comercio. Tram stop 28 that takes you to the hills of the city. To leave the car there is a parking 100 meters (do cebolas) at 25 euros / day ... But just 900 meters in Santa Apolonia with the telpark app you can leave it at 4.5 euros / day.
The apartment is equipped although things are missing, it indicates that they have a hairdryer and there was none.
As a negative point, the cleanliness can be improved ... the pillow and duvet fillings were not freshly washed and had several uses ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is fairly new and has no essence of the city's architecture. Further it's not just one flat but different flats across 3 floors, so inspite of sharing images of great views you are likely to get an appartments on the ground level which allows the people on the street to be able to look in. There is no privacy unless Ur curtains r entirely closed and then you r essentially in a dark room.
The home by itself has less then basic amenities, the cupboards r big without any shelving, thus pretty useless. Other then the master room, the other rooms don't even have space for bags to be placed. Rooms and bathrooms don't have basic shelves or areas to keep items. Shower & bath do not have curtains so all the water is easy to spil out onto the floor.
The kitchen is the same, not enough utensils to utilise.
This spot isn't good enough to be called a hotel or Apartment hotel. Just having beds and a bathroom doesn't make it liveable. The owner must look into this seriously.
Very dissatisfied by it and won't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious apartment. We were group of five, 3 double bedrooms, excellent living and dining area. Very central and representative even popped by to ensure all was good. Transport to and from airport also organised. I would recommend.
