Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e realmente se disponibilizam para atender ao cidadão. O lugar é bem movimentado, porém, como não fica localizado em um grande centro, as filas são relativamente curtas. Vale a pena chegar um pouco antes do horário de atendimento para garantir uma vaga dentre as primeiras senhas.
The staff are very attentive and really available to serve the citizen. The place is very busy, however, as it is not located in a large center, the lines are relatively short. It is worth arriving shortly before office hours to secure a spot among the first few passwords.

Liguei para agendar a realização de CC. Fui logo atendida por telefone com agendamento com hora marcada para o dia seguinte. Funcionária muito simpática e eficiente.

tento contato há meses, enviei e mail que foram ignorados sumariamente, por telefone nao e impossível, fico tocando ate a ligação cair e ninguém atende. Como ser atendida se estou do outro lado do atlântico? A quem posso reclamar? Ha ouvidoria? SAC? ou algo semelhante?
I've been trying to get in touch for months, I sent an email that were summarily ignored, over the phone it's not impossible, I keep ringing until the call drops and no one answers. How can I be served if I'm on the other side of the Atlantic? Who can I complain to? Is there an ombudsman? SAC? or something similar?

Depois de 2 semanas a tentar contactar desloquei-me ao local para saber se comtinuavam abertos ou se tinham fechado . Cerca de 20 pessoas a espera algumas delas com o mesmo problema que eu , tentar fazer uma marcação . Estive cerca de 10 min a espera quando vejo na outra porta uma funcionária a sair para vir chamar alguém , e a pessoa não devia estar presente , e algumas pessoas dirigiram sse a funcionária para fazerem perguntas e ela muito mal educada e com um tom de voz bastante agressivo e desagradável mandou toda a gente embora sem responder a nada . Agora me pergunto como pesoas dessas podem trabalhar numa repartição de atendimento ao público? Mais um podre que o covid veio por a mostra se àquilo funcionava mal agora ta 100 x pior .
After 2 weeks trying to get in touch, I went to the place to find out if they were still open or if they had closed. About 20 people waiting, some of them with the same problem as me, trying to make an appointment. I was about 10 minutes waiting when I saw an employee at the other door leaving to call someone, and the person shouldn't be present, and some people addressed the employee to ask questions and she was very rude and with a tone of voice quite aggressive and unpleasant sent everyone away without replying to anything. Now I wonder how people like that can work in a public service department? One more rotten thing that covid came to show if it worked badly now it's 100 x worse.

C'est le bordel. Faut attendre dehors pour avoir un ticket et les gens râle beaucoup. C'est vraiment mal foutu, il devrait laisser une machine à ticket pour les gens se servirent. Là ça va, il pleuvait pas mais s'il pleut il font comment !!

as usual with Google maps in Portugal for gov institutes, it's much better to look on the other nearby street for parking! the actual office wasn't anything particularly different. just another clerks office, with nice people trying to get by the bureaucracy mind massacre. in line for 30 minutes when there was just 2 to 3 people in front (1 got in front arriving after me).
