★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 5 brincos na loja Claires do shopping 8 Avenida, em São João da Madeira. Dois deles no mesmo dia, se partiram. Fui até a loja com a respectiva fatura , os brincos quebrados e pedi a devolução do meu dinheiro. A funcionária me disse que somente poderia fazer a troca se eu tivesse a embalagem dos brincos para que ela pudesse identificar o produto. Como gavia outros brincos iguais, pedi que ela visse na embalagem deles. Ela negou-se a devolver o dinheiro e disse-me, depois da minha insistência, que poderia tricar pelos nesmos brincos. Ora, se os tais brincos quebraram no primeiro uso, porque iria eu trocar pela mesma coisa? Depois mudou e disse que poderia devolver por dinheiro caso eu devolvesse todos os outros brincos comprados porque havia um desconto no total. Mostrei a fatura com os valores pagos. Ainda assim a funcionária não me devolveu o valor pago. Resolvi deixar os brincos quebrados na loja, talvez eles estejam precisando deles mais do que eu. Nunca mais retorno nesta loja nem em nenhuma outra da marca. Artigos sem qualidade, preços incompatíveis e atendimento péssimo.
I bought 5 earrings at the Claires store at shopping 8 Avenida, in São João da Madeira. Two of them on the same day, left. I went to the store with the respective invoice, the broken earrings and asked for my money back. The employee told me that she could only make the exchange if I had the packaging of the earrings so she could identify the product. As other similar earrings came, I asked her to see it in their packaging. She refused to return the money and told me, after my insistence, that she could have her earrings. Now, if those earrings broke on first use, why would I trade for the same thing? Then he changed it and said he could return it for cash if I returned all the other earrings I bought because there was a discount on the total. I showed the invoice with the amounts paid. Even so, the employee did not return the amount paid to me. I decided to leave the broken earrings at the store, maybe they need them more than I do. I will never return to this store or any other brand. Poor quality articles, incompatible prices and terrible service.
