A	Ana Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha mãe foi a este local, com marcação para as 15 horas, só começou a ser atendida às 15:30, para além disso pediu para pintar o cabelo louro e saiu de lá com o cabelo castanho, com a justificação que é a cor mais clara que tinha para pintar e que se quisesse mais claro teria que ter feito descoloração, isto parece-me que devesse ser dito antes do trabalho efectuado e não depois! Péssimo serviço! My mother went to this place, with an appointment for 3 pm, only started to be attended at 3:30 pm, besides that she asked to dye her blond hair and left with brown hair, with the justification that it is the color lighter that I had to paint and that if I wanted it lighter I would have had to make it discolor, this seems to me that it should be said before the work done and not after! Na passada sexta feira, estava a arranjar o meu cabelo neste estabelecimento, no qual sou cliente a muito tempo e assisti a maior falar de respeito por parte da patroa para com uma colega, ao mandar outra colega filma-lá enquanto estava a exercer o seu trabalho. Nunca pensei que tal pessoa o pudesse fazer. Não sei se voltarei a este estabelecimento, ou se quer o irei recomendar a alguém, com muita pena das pessoas que ali trabalham a muitos anos e por quem tenho muita consideração. Encontrei FINALMENTE um sítio onde não necessito de ir religiosamente todo o santo mês para que não se notem as raízes (ou pintar em casa…?). Quando encontro um sítio assim, posso ir para longe, para não confio o meu cabelo a mais ninguém para tratar. 5? I love the genius and speed with which Paula and her colleagues work with all the blonde nuances. I FINALLY found a place where I don't need to go religiously every holy month so the roots won't be noticed (or paint at home…?).
