I ordered my laptop on the 29 Sep 2020 said their eta was 6 business days
They then sent it on the 12 Oct and i got it on the 19 Oct 8-9 business days fair enough i didn't complain
When i then started playing on it the Laptop screen would randomly blink sometimes turn completely off and sometimes will make the laptop go to sleep
I emailed them they told me to switch the mode to "Gaming" for the fans to run faster which shouldn't be an issue the laptop should just throttle when on "Office" mode instead of screen blinking and going to sleep
"Gaming" mode didn't do much different i then began looking at the issue myself and found that disabling "Close lid action" in windows to "Do nothing" solved the issue with the laptop going to sleep
Now the laptop screen just blinks for periods of like 0.5 seconds to like 4 seconds
I then sent them this info and asked for a repair where they sent a return label where i sent the laptop back
I sent it back around the around 2 weeks before the 23 Nov 2020 unable to find directly when
On the 23 Nov 2020 i got a message that they were unable to find an issue with the Laptop and just sent it straight back without consultation me
I asked for my money back as i have had the laptop for less than 30 days no response at all......
I then got my laptop which still had issues i recorded a video of the laptop screen issue sending it to them with windows logs saying the the laptop lid closed without it actually closing
No response from them at all
Also another note when the laptop got back from repair one of the technicians watched a podcast on my laptop which i find pretty unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40€ just to evaluate a hardware problem (which its fine), i paid. In the end fix very poorly done (missing parts), machine still faulty and don't accept the return. To avoid problems, my recommendation is in first place avoid stores they said in your face they don't believe in you: "client fault" (the computer was in the box they send).
At this point also dont recomend to buy there Clevos ( which
in first place i really liked the idea: modularity, and they have a very good relation price/performance), but compability problems, and the screen and keyboard got faulty very fast (i have many other laptops for my business and they last more.). But this its just my opinion.
