A funcionária em questão não só procurou certificar-se de que eu me tinha inscrito no nível certo da língua que queria estudar, após um lapso da minha parte ao preencher a ficha de inscrição, como respondeu a mais questões que tinha relativas ao curso, isto durante um sábado à tarde. Assim, garantiu que a minha inscrição era processada o mais rapidamente possível e que as minhas dúvidas eram esclarecidas. Fê-lo com um trato sempre amável, zeloso, profissional e ético. A meu ver, é merecedora de reconhecimento da minha parte e da parte do CLi FLUL, pela excelente representação desta entidade.

 I would like to compliment CLI FLUL employee Mariana Andrade and share my gratitude. The employee in question not only tried to make sure that I had registered at the right level of the language I wanted to study, after my lapse in filling in the registration form, she also answered more questions she had regarding the course. during a Saturday afternoon. Thus, he ensured that my application was processed as quickly as possible and that my doubts were answered. He did so with an always kind, zealous, professional and ethical treatment. In my opinion, it deserves recognition from me and from CLI FLUL, for the excellent representation of this entity.
