Não se limitaram a comunicar que houve um engano nem um pedido formal de desculpas. Fizeram a transferência da diferença só porque reclamei. Atitude pouco profissional.
I bought a watch online for €98.10, payment upon delivery, when it is delivered to me I am surprised to pay €107.10.
They didn't just report that there was a mistake or a formal apology. They transferred the difference just because I complained. Unprofessional attitude.

A VERY GOOD SERVICE AND ATTENTION. THERE IS A WIDE RANGE OF WATCHES AND JEWELRY. I TOOK MY WATCH TO CHECK THE INLET OF WATER AND IT DID A GOOD JOB DONE AND ATTENTION FROM THE ATTENDANTS.

Continuando a falar de forma grosseira e pejorativa para mim. Após eu ter comprado um relógio CK de 300€ de valor inicial, que me ficava muito largo no pulso e que ela não conseguiu tirar as peças suficientes de forma a ficar mais apertado. Nunca me alertando que tal podia ocorrer.
Não recomendo. Muito mal recebida.
Terrible service from Ms. Ana Gouveia, who threw me the complaints book on the table with all aggression, not even giving me a pen to write. Continuing to speak in a rude and derogatory way to me. After I bought a €300 CK watch, starting at €300, which was too big on my wrist and she couldn't take off enough pieces to make it tighter. Never warning me that this could happen.
