★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os meus automóveis sempre foram assistidos nesta oficina com um nível de satisfação elevado, até ao dia que tive um problema de aquecimento numa dessas viaturas ao qual foi feito um diagnóstico errado, como os valores eram relativamente elevados foi pedir uma segunda opinião, ao qual para meu espanto o problema era a bomba de água que tinha perdido as pás, por essa razão a água não circulava, isto quando já tinha mudado recentemente um kit completo de distribuição em menos de um ano.
Foi feita uma reparação na nova oficina a cerca de meio ano, levou novamente um kit completo de distribuição e bomba de água, ja fiz milhares de kms sem problemas.
Perderam um cliente sem necessidade.
My cars have always been assisted in this workshop with a high level of satisfaction, until the day I had a heating problem in one of those vehicles, which was given a wrong diagnosis, as the values were relatively high, I asked for a second opinion, which I stopped. to my amazement the problem was the water pump that had lost its blades, for that reason the water did not circulate, this when I had recently changed a complete distribution kit in less than a year.
A repair was done in the new workshop about half a year ago, it took again a complete water pump and distribution kit, I've done thousands of kms without any problems.
They lost a customer unnecessarily.

Very attentive staff, always ready to help and quick to solve the problem(s). I went to this workshop on the recommendation of a great friend and a family member and I don't regret it, I'll definitely come back (I hope few times ?) when necessary!!
