★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um consulta marcada para as 11h. Cheguei com antecedência e acabei por estar mais de hora e meia à espera, até que acabei por desistir. Deram a desculpa de que alguém faltou.
Não recomendo a ninguém
 I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived in advance and ended up waiting more than an hour and a half, until I ended up giving up. They made the excuse that someone was missing.
I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se importam com o paciente!!! Marquei uma consulta para tratar a princípio uma obturação que caiu. Eles só tratam se fizer um plano completo, limpeza, cáries, obturação, remoção de siso e aparelho. Não se importam com a nossa opinião e receios! E se eu quisesse tudo isso, ainda teria que marcar novamente, pois na primeira visita não fazem nada! Só raio-x. Péssimo!!!
They do not care about the patient !!! I made an appointment to treat at first a shutter that fell. They only treat if you make a complete plan, cleaning, cavities, obturation, removal of toilet and appliance. They do not care about our opinion and fears! And if I wanted all this, I would still have to redial, because the first visit does nothing! Just x-ray. Very good!

Docteur Joao m'a détecté 2 carries inexistantes et m'a dit de faire un détartrage alors que j'en n'avais pas spécialement besoin (le dernier que j'ai fait datait de 4 mois en arrière). J'ai tout de même pris rdv pour le faire et celui-ci a duré 5 min et facturé 30 euro...autant dire que ça n'a servi à rien à part pour prendre l'argent des clients!
I went for a check-up at this clinic. Doctor Joao detected 2 non-existent cavities in me and told me to do a descaling when I did not especially need it (the last one I did was 4 months ago). I still made an appointment to do it and it lasted 5 minutes and charged 30 euros ... which is to say that it was useless except to take money from customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São comerciantes, não são dentistas. Vendem o tal ''plano completo'' com o máximo de coisas desnecessárias que se lembrarem. Basta dizer que quem recebe o doente não é um dentista, é um ''gestor do cliente''.
Eu sou o meu próprio ''gestor do cliente''. Isso já tenho. Agora queria um dentista para me ajudar a tratar dos dentes, e não uma apresentação que parece talhada para vender colchões de uma professional de marketing, com propostas de preços obscenos no final.
They are traders, they are not dentists. They sell the "complete plan" with as many unnecessary things as they can remember. Suffice it to say that whoever receives the patient is not a dentist, he is a '' client manager ''.
I am my own '' client manager ''. I already have that. Now I wanted a dentist to help me take care of my teeth, not a presentation that seems cut out to sell mattresses from a marketing professional, with obscene pricing proposals at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Expérience, Sara m'a conseillé tout au long de mon traitement et expliqué les choses de manière très détaillée. Super satisfait également avec la doctoresse Cristina Rebelo qui a su m'expliquer mon problème et trouvé le traitement adéquat. Le reste du personnel est aussi super sympathique et souriant.
Great Experience, Sara advised me throughout my treatment and explained things in great detail. Super satisfied also with Doctor Cristina Rebelo who was able to explain my problem to me and find the appropriate treatment. The rest of the staff are also super friendly and smiley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparenta ser uma clinica para enganar pessoas, 1h de avaliação inicial "gratis", e depois qualquer tratamento só se faz se aceitar o "plano integral".
Atenção.....
Resposta ao dono:
Se a clínica tivesse uma gota de ética fornecia imediatamente o custo de uma actividade de medicina. Mas nao o conseguem fornecer, apenas vendem um "Plano Integral".
Vou escrever para o bastonário da ordem dos dentistas para entender se este comportamento respeita o código deontológico.
It appears to be a clinic to deceive people, 1 hour of initial evaluation "free", and after that any treatment is only done if you accept the "comprehensive plan".
Heads up.....
Answer to owner:
If the clinic had a drop in ethics it immediately provided the cost of a medical activity. But they can't supply it, they just sell an "Integral Plan".
I'm going to write to the President of the Order of Dentists to understand if this behavior respects the code of ethics.
