★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To he honest, I am very disappointed with the client approach by this Clinic.
If I knew that they are not that serious in accomplishing the time schedule, I wouldn't have accept the deal.
I appreciate that they have the flexibility to call the client if they have availability earlier.
But it's very upsetting to receive calls every day when I have the appointment, as my appointment is moved 30 min earlier than predicted, or the doctor cancels my appointment just like that. Or they moved the appointment to 13:00 but the doctor is not available anymore.
This doesn't show that the clinic works for the patient, but just in the doctor benefit.
If I set a certain hour with the receptionist and I mentioned that I am working during the day, this means that I cannot be that flexible to come another time.
There is a big miss communication between the receptionist and doctors OR the staff is just not professional.
I really hope that the final outcome will meet the price, which already very high. Because I gathered already frustration because of the appointments schedule.
