- Serviço de marcação e atendimento deixa muito a desejar pois deixam os clientes muito tempo à espera com hora marcada. (O melhor é comparecer 1 hora mais tarde do serviço agendado)

- Appointment and customer service leaves a lot to be desired as they leave customers waiting a long time with an appointment. (It is best to show up 1 hour later than scheduled service)
