Quando entrei na clinica o sorriso o carinho e a tranquilidade das meninas acalmou-me de imediato. Quando ao profissionalismo e ética do DR. Paulo não há palavras para descrever. Podemos confiar no conselho dele plenamente, senti que só tinha o meu melhor interesse em mente. Confio neles plenamente ao fim de tantos anos a fugir de ir ao dentista. Sou muito grata a todos pelo sorriso que me devolveram. Abraço Carla Ferreira I have a phobia of dentists, and so I let my teeth get into bad shape. When I entered the clinic the smile the affection and the tranquility of the girls calmed me at once. When to the professionalism and ethics of DR. Paul has no words to describe. We can rely on his advice fully, I felt I only had my best interest in mind. I trust them fully after so many years running away from going to the dentist. Data em que tentei resposta por email depois de múltiplas chamadas. I was a customer and I have no reason to complain about the service, however they have been uncontactable since November 2021. Date I tried to respond by email after multiple calls.

Em primeiro lugar ninguém atende porque as senhoras da recepção são também as auxiliares de medicina dentária e não conseguem fazer as duas coisas ao mesmo tempo. Conseguindo marcar consulta, chegam a desmarca-la no proprio dia, com horas de antecedencia. Como se não bastasse, o horário da vossa consulta pode ser alterado, sem consentimento ou alternativa, através de uma simples sms. Absolutamente surreal. PS: Nunca marquei consulta antes das 17h30 e a clinica fecha às 19h, não percam a "excelência" que vos caracteriza. Very, very bad service. First of all, no one answers because the ladies at the reception are also dental assistants and cannot do both at the same time. Having managed to make an appointment, they even cancel it on the same day, hours in advance. As if that weren't enough, the time of your appointment can be changed, without consent or alternative, through a simple sms. Absolutely surreal. PS: I never made an appointment before 5:30 pm and the clinic closes at 7 pm, don't miss the "excellence" that characterizes you.
