E é com base desta falha de comunicação e desrepeito pela falta de resposta (vários formas de contato foram fornecidos) que forneço esta avaliação.
The store showed a lack of interest, on two consecutive occasions, in informing a possible customer if they would be able to repair a laptop with a damaged female jack part (they did not know if there was a supplier). And it is on the basis of this communication failure and disrespect for the lack of response (several forms of contact have been provided) that I provide this assessment.
