★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to post this, I always try to be positive about experiences. However, when I enter an International Clinic, I expect the doctor to speak English or French. The lady at reception spoke better English than the doctor, who stated immediately that his English was little. I told him that I had been in the emergency unit of Gambelas hospital Faro the previous day. He didn't understand what I was seeing him for. High blood pressure, I required altered medication, and he was surprised that the doctor in A&E had not prescribed me any. Am I wrong to assume that for a prescription one goes to a treating GP?
Anyway I will not be visiting this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. Totally disgusting person and her staff knows she it by their faces when I called her out. She needs be tossed and give up practicing medicine because it's obvious she does not care about anyone but herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do they refuse to answer the phone??? Or answer the email requests to set up an appointment!! They even have a 'make an appointment' button, but no one ever calls or emails you to do it!!! Doctor listed as speaking English, but did not. The receptionist had to come in to translate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a test covid19 for travel, they promised me that I would have the results by mail the following day, they never sent them to me, but they have kept the 101€!!!!! So before you go there think twice.best regards Mario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a private medical service, go for others, e.g. Gambelas private hospital. Avoid the so called international clinic in Olhao or its related Hospital Loule. Good and fast at charging but never came back with (urgently awaited) result despite making a few calls and personal appearance at the reception. Do not deserve even 1 Star but forced to click to be able to post this review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your time and your wallet and go somewhere else. Got appointment, got the xray done the same hour in the same place but the Dr. Could not be bothered to check, i had to be booked again for another day, and because i have insurance i got the bottom vacancies. 1 month waiting to check if its a broken bone... It will heal itself probably. Thanks for nothing.
