P	Paulo Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma ecografia para a minha esposa e a empregada que marcou a consulta disse que tinha desconto com o cartão do continente , fui a clinica no dia da consulta marcada e a rececionista disse me que tinha marcado para outro medico e que não desconto no entanto a minha esposa fui fazer a ecografia o medico não sabia trabalhar com a maquina nem sequer soube ver o sexo do bebe paguei um exame caro para nada fiquei descontente com o atendimento .. I booked an ultrasound for my wife and the maid who made the appointment said she had a discount on the card for the continent, I went to the clinic on the day of the appointment and the receptionist told me that I had booked for another doctor and that I would not discount the my wife went to have an ultrasound, the doctor didn’t know how to work with the machine, didn’t even know how to see the baby’s sex, I paid an expensive exam for nothing, I was unhappy with the service.

Les hôtesse a l'accueil vous dit qu'il faut attendre un a deux mois car les médecins sont très occupés. On vous propose d'aller voir ailleurs . Avec cette clinique il ne faut pas être malade C'est une honte Clinic not to be recommended is a frique pump. You are given analyzes, but no doctor is available to read you the results for one to two months. The receptionist tells you that you have to wait one to two months because the doctors are very busy. E não só a senhora da recepção esqueceu-se de agendar a minha consulta, como ainda foi falar com a Dra Diana e ambas decidiram mentir e dizer que afinal tinha consulta marcada mas na semana anterior. Estando eu grávida de quase 7 meses, tinha urgência nesta consulta, mas mesmo assim esperei quase um mes para a data que me indicaram. Acho desumano este tipo de comportamento para qualquer pessoa e muito mais ainda estando eu grávida. Não me deram nenhum papel de comprovativo da consulta e no dia da consulta pediram me um papel que eu nunca vi e nunca me foi entregue e mais ainda, a senhora da recepção foi ver o computador e disse me que não tinha qualquer consulta com o meu nome agendada para a Clinina, mas depois de falar com a dra. Diana, milagrosamente apareceu uma consulta com o meu nome na semana anterior. Ainda perguntei o porquê de não ter sido contactada ja que supostamente "me ausentei" ao que a senhora da recepção respondeu com o maior descaramento que eles normalmente contactam mas nesse dia "não aconteceu". Achei incrivel esta resposta! Fiquei sem consulta, mas livrei-me de ser atendida por alguém tão desumano como estas senhoras inclusive a Dra. Diana que me viu na recepção e nada disse e nada fez. Bad organization and service! I made an appointment for dental medicine with Dr. Diana. And not only did the lady at the reception forget to schedule my appointment, but she also went to talk to Dr. Diana and both decided to lie and say that after all she had an appointment, but in the previous week. When I was almost 7 months pregnant, I had an urgent need for this appointment, but even so I waited almost a month for the date they indicated. I find this type of behavior inhumane for anyone and much more even when I am pregnant. They did not give me any paper proving the consultation and on the day of the consultation they asked me for a paper that I never saw and it was never given to me and even more, the reception lady went to see the computer and told me that she had no consultation with my doctor. name scheduled for Clinina, but after talking to Dr. Diana, miraculously an appointment with my name appeared the week before. I still asked why I was not contacted since I supposedly "left" to which the reception lady responded with the greatest brazenness that they normally contact but that day "did not happen". I found this answer incredible! I was left without consultation, but I got rid of being attended by someone as inhuman as these ladies, including Dr. Diana, who saw me at the reception and said nothing and did nothing.

I called to ask for an appointment for my child, I specifically told them that he had a cough, I was told to come by at 6PM (this at around 1PM) so I spent the day waiting. When I got there they didn't let us in because he had a cough and it could be Covid. They didn't test him, just sent us away after having waited 5 hours with a baby - in the end we had to go to the private hospital in Faro (a 200km drive) because it was too late in the day to go anywhere else. Also, it wasn't Covid. I understand that they need to be careful, for their staff and other patients but I specifically said on the phone he had a cough, I was told he would be seen and then to be denied access was not only offensive but - in my opinion - terrible professional behavior.

I booked an appointment the previous day - didn’t just turn up. Is in a residential area of Lagos - but was only a €2 Uber / bolt from town. All sorted within an hour - lovely staff.
