Resposta dá dá não temos funcionários? Nunca mais! Pergunto onde anda fiscalização deste país!? Para fazer um exame é preciso 2:30? Vergonha. Para além da má sinalização no estacionamento, a incompetência das funcionárias no atendimento. Que tinha que esperar, que já iam ajudar, até que finalmente lá disseram que a enfermeira que ia fazer o teste estava atrasada... Incompetência pura, irresponsabilidade. Na recepção demorou mas ainda é pior depois, para ser chamado para fazer o exame que se pretende; deveriam rever esta situação, pois há pessoas em jejum e não é fácil estarem tantas horas sem comer. As marcações devem ser efectuadas de modo a poderem cumprir o horário ou, se o problema estiver nos médicos, estes têm que cumprir. Clinic with lots of space and clean. Cheguei à clínica às 10 horas e tirei uma senha, estive até às 11:20 para ser atendida no balcão e só fui chamada para fazer exames às 11:30. She had scheduled a mammogram and a breast ultrasound for 10:45. Admissão realizada 30 minutos depois e exame realizado com mais de uma hora de atraso. Detalhe: estava com a preparação do exame feita e não podia ir ao WC. Haviam pessoas de jejum há horas e com a realização dos exames com horas de atraso. Não recomendo. Desrespeito total. Clínica “privada”? Realização do exame pelo médico sem atenção devida à credencial do médico que solicitou o exame. I don't know why they make appointments. I had an ultrasound scheduled for 11:16. E	Ekaterina Stambolieva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came up with an invoice for me to pay and send debt collectors after me - without a way of contacting them and not responding to my attempts to contact them. I went there on 07 October 2021. I left after paying the invoice presented to me. On 06 November I receive a text message asking me to pay another invoice which was also issued on 07 October 2021. I tried contacting Lusiadas to ask them what this invoice is about - and how come I was not asked to pay it on the day when I was there and paying for the service they provided for me. No one picked up the phone, and no one answers to my emails. Now I receive an email or a text message asking me to pay an invoice - which I have not seen yet. It has not been sent to me neither via email nor via a text message. This is unacceptable and it brings a lot of unnecessary stress in my life.
