Na consulta a seguir que era para saber se um tratamento às gengivas estava a resultar, fui contactada pela funcionária Isabel, dizendo que estava atrasada 15 minutos. Disse que tinha percebido mal a hora. Fui muito mal tratada, com arrogância. Embora tenha dito que estava mesmo a porta, a funcionária recusou atender e foi muito desagradável. Era cliente a vários anos. Perderam quatro clientes!
