Filomena, houve uma recuperação surpreendente da lesão do tendão de Aquiles, sendo notório o aprofundado profissionalismo e atenção, espelhado em cada sessão. Sempre com o objectivo nos resultados da recuperação e bem estar do recuperado . Agradeço a todos os elementos da equipa.
 After the 20 physiotherapy sessions, accompanied by the physiotherapist Ms. Filomena, there was a surprising recovery from the Achilles tendon injury, with the in-depth professionalism and attention being evident in each session. Always with the objective in the results of the recovery and well being of the recovered. Thank you to all the team members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, despite booking a certain time for a simple covid test it took an hour to get it done and when questioned receptionist said ‘that’s the way we work’. Rude.
Not hygienic as well, they don’t limit people inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, just terrible. There is noone checking tempreture by the entrance, there is NO hand sanitizer by the entrance. Apointmnets can be 30 min late, use old school equipment, doctor cant even measure pulse correctly. It is hard to believe it is a private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During covid they dont have hand sanitizers by the doors. Grosly incompetent, cant schedule time. Today covid test there were 50 or more people booked at the same time. No que nothing. Total disaster. Everyone standing in each other faces. The most incompetent clinic i have ever seen, but by portuguese standards its average. If you are from northern europestay away, as these guys are grosly incompetent, better go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for my elderly father here at 10:30. They let him wait for over an hour. Not what you expect at a private clinic. My dad decided to walk around the clinic to see what was going on and found the doctor sleeping on his desk(!) Unprofessional, poor service and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 50€ for my first appointment in this center… the doctor decided the right exams for me but it didn’t mark them anywhere, then he got covid so he was not there when I came back to pay my exams… of course nobody knows now which exams I have to do!! Seriously???
a lady at the desk tried to help me, but she only cared about the blood test …. And all the others? How many times do I have to come back to this center? Why haven’t you fixed the terminal to pay with credit card after 3 weeks?
