★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! O serviço só serve para cobrar valores exorbitantes, porque de resto deixam o animal noite e dia sem qualquer tratamento/auxílio médico! Saí de lá com o animal pior do que entrou. a falta de profissionalismo, ética e conhecimento médico!

Absoluta falta de profissionalismo no acolhimento ao cliente (infelizmente não pode ser dada uma avaliação de 0 estrelas), arrogância e falta de educação.
Situação: Deixei o meu cão para esterilizar, quando o fui buscar estava com a pata como podem ver na imagem.
Espero que afastem o Doutor Bruno Menezes da Clinica o mais rápido possível.
Se gostam dos vossos animais, NÃO frequentem.

Within a radius of a few km there are other clinics PREFER THEM.
Absolute lack of professionalism in customer service (unfortunately it cannot be given a 0 star rating), arrogance and lack of politeness.
Situation: I left my dog to sterilize it, when I went to get it it was with its paw as you can see in the image.
I hope you will remove Dr. Bruno Menezes from the Clinic as soon as possible.
If you like your animals, DON'T go.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
