★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha tenho cadelinha Yorkshire que levei a esta clinica para tratar onde me disseram que nao tinha 1 kg nao poderia ser vacinada nem me fiseram qualquer tipo de tratamento onde ela veio a doecer uma semana depois e tive de levar a outra clinica onde ficou enternada e continua e me disseram que não teriam prissedido correctamente por isso se ela morrer vou escrever no livro de reclamações e me irei informar melhor que mais poderei faser.
A shame I have a Yorkshire dog that I took to this clinic for treatment where they told me I was not 1 kg could not be vaccinated nor did I receive any type of treatment where she got sick a week later and I had to take her to another clinic where she was buried and she goes on and I was told they wouldn't have been prisoned correctly so if she dies I'll write it down in the complaints book and I'll better inform myself what more I can do.

Dirigime a esta clínica com uma yorkchair pá levar a primeira vacina aos 2meses e não me a quis vacinar onde isso originou a cadelinha ficar doente tive que ir a outra clínica onde ficou internada, pois há yorkchair que nem chegam a ter 1km e é esta veterinária nesta clínica não quis vacinar porque ela só pesava 700g ke incompetente.
Worst clinic I've seen so far.
I went to this clinic with a yorkchair to take the first vaccine at 2 months and I did not want to vaccinate where it caused the little dog to get sick I had to go to another clinic where she was hospitalized, because there are yorkchairs that are not even 1km long and this is the veterinarian in this clinic did not want to vaccinate because she only weighed 700g ke incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente, o importante é facturar. Mesmo há 7 anos atrás, o cenário foi o mesmo.
Cão morreu após negligência de certas senhoras doutoras desta clínica. Como profissionais de saúde, deveriam saber que não se deve encharcar (soroterapia) um cão em ascite e edema agudo do pulmão, ou não?? Funcionário da clínica apresentou a conta, na recepção, sem dizer qualquer outra palavra. Sem perguntar sequer se o cão sobreviveu. Que se lixe o animal, certo? E que se lixem os donos, que perderam o seu melhor amigo, de 11 anos. Apresente mas é o cartão de multibanco!!!
Recentemente, dá-se a esterilização de um outro animal de companhia. "Aqui tem a sua conta", ainda antes de ver se o animal está bem. Sra doutora que se encontrava na recepção nem é capaz de, voluntariamente, dar indicações de pós-operatório. Faz literalmente cara de frete quando lhe são feitas questões, chegando mesmo a responder "não sei", quando questionada sobre que tipos de ração recomendam.
Bom trabalho, continuem a perder clientes, pois duvido que os mereçam.
Honestly, the important thing is to invoice. Even 7 years ago, the scenario was the same.
Dog died after the negligence of certain female doctors at this clinic. As healthcare professionals, you should know that you should not douse (serum therapy) a dog in ascites and acute pulmonary edema, or not?? Clinic employee presented the bill at reception without saying another word. Without even asking if the dog survived. Fuck the animal, right? And damn the owners, who lost their 11-year-old best friend. Present but it's the ATM card!!!
Recently, another pet has been neutered. "Here's your account", even before you see if the animal is okay. A doctor who was at the reception is not even able to voluntarily give indications for the postoperative period. She literally makes a cool face when questions are asked, even answering "I don't know" when asked what kinds of feed they recommend.
Good job, keep losing customers as I doubt you deserve them.
