★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with my little dog Otto. Otto was injured and felt very bad. Already at the reception we were received very friendly. The Doctoressa was very nice. She examined Otto very thoroughly and helped him. Immediately after the treatment Otto was changed. He was as if nothing had ever happened. Thanks so much to the whole team... I was really desperate before I came to you... By the way, everyone spoke english so well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good vets, especially Dr Hugo. I would avoid Dra Vanessa though. She's impatient and can be rude if you catch her on a bad day. Absolutely failed patient management and operation system. It's a matter of luck whether or not they answer the phone. No call back option in place. Giving feedback after a consultation is not possible as no one answers the phone nor is there a message system for you to leave feedback or request a call. Unless you physically go there, nothing gets done and no info is shared. Good luck requesting your pet's medical file for a second opinion. I've been waiting for 10 days for my dog's medical record, because the system they use, "does not have a print option", "does not generate a report" nor can they even take a pic of the screen with their phones to help you. In their own words, the only way to do it is to give you a handwritten report, which is taking 10 days and counting.
