After a month of silence for mourning and a lot of debate in this horrible event, I come here to demonstrate my discontent with this clinic, because I never thought that after three months of treatments for a runny nose and ulcer on the cornea of ​​a kitten of mine that has remained with me since August , and without being in contact with other cats from outside, she dies infected by PANLEUCOPÉNIA, a contagion that occurred during the numerous (unsuccessful) visits to this clinic to treat the kitten. With this situation, and without being so suspicious, the same kitten who was always with my other cats, who DID NOT GO OUT TO THE STREET ended up infecting them. The contagion was immediate and the virus was fast and fulminating. All died with only one left. I did not leave a record of a written complaint at the clinic because I am still digesting the situation, which left me injured by about two thousand euros between a veterinary hospital, etc. Don't tell me that panleukopenia was not caught there, because there was a case, I believe, in October, of a cat that died of the same disease even after a plasma transfusion. This is reported as an example by one of them. To remember, as they know, and to inform those who do not know what panleukopenia is, that this disease is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS AND THIS VIRUS IS HIGHLY RESISTANT. I also want to remember that after one of my kittens there died from the contagion of this virus, they wanted to deliver it to me, in a carrier, which was not mine, instead of delivering it in a sealed plastic bag, which would be expected because this is the most certain procedure. Do not come to me to say that I took this virus in my shoes or anything like that, because there was no case of other stray cats in the neighborhood having died from such a thing. I also want to point out that after going to other veterinarians, I noticed that they have a room for hospitalization for infected animals, something that in this clinic I don't know about. I am very disgusted with everything that happened, but I will try to stay here ... NEVER, but I will never go back there. This is unprecedented, I saw the similar.
