Hoje, o meu gato deve a infelicidade de se sentir mal, liguei para a clínica pois dizem ter urgência 24h ao qual a recepcionista disse que só poderia marcar consulta para a semana (não deve saber o significado de urgência) e eu disse "Para a semana? Ele está a sentir-se mal, então se for algo de morrer bem que morre" ao qual ela tem o descaramento de me responder em tom rude "Tem de ir a outro lado"
Achei uma grande falta de consideração e de amor à profissão e tenho a dizer, mandaram-me ir a outro lado pois bem, fui à clínica veterinária de valongo (saída da auto-estrada) e amei. Quem me atendeu o gato num momento de aflição agora atende-me sempre!
Perderam 3 pacientes de 11 anos!
I have been a client of this clinic for 11 years. I have 2 dogs and a cat always treated there.
Today, my cat owes the misfortune of feeling bad, I called the clinic because they say they have 24-hour urgency, which the receptionist said she could only make an appointment for the week (she must not know the meaning of urgency) and I said "For the week? He's feeling bad, so if it's something to die well he'll die" to which she has the nerve to reply to me in a rude tone "You have to go somewhere else"
I found a great lack of consideration and love for the profession and I have to say, they told me to go elsewhere, well, I went to the valongo veterinary clinic (off the highway) and loved it. Whoever attended me the cat in a moment of distress now always assists me!
They lost 3 11-year-old patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram um horário pro meu pet, quando cheguei dei o nome e me fizeram esperar 1 hora para me informarem que não poderiam atendê-lo. Ao invés de terem me informado assim que cheguei ao local que não haveriam a possibilidade de assim fazê-lo, já que eles já sabiam que não iriam poder. Detalhe que esperei 1h além da hora da marcação. Se não atendem no horário que está marcado, então porque marcam?
They scheduled a time for my pet, when I arrived I gave my name and they made me wait 1 hour to let me know they couldn't serve him. Instead of having informed me as soon as I arrived at the place that there would be no possibility of doing so, as they already knew they wouldn't be able to. Detail that I waited 1h after the appointment time. If they don't answer at the scheduled time, then why do they make an appointment?
