The stuff was very responsive over the phone, spoke English very good, and found us a spot on the same day (which was busy). The stuff helped us with all the forms and even called the official vets office to make sure we can go on the same day (they are really close) without appointment. Overall, I highly recommend this vet, they are very nice with good and convenient location, and good prices. Thanks and hope to see you again :)
