Liguei à uma semana atrás para a clínica, em Tomar, para saber se teriam algum tipo de Voucher de acupuntura, a telefonista respondeu que não mas que estaria a decorrer uma campanha, até ao final do ano, de 30 euros, ao contrário dos habituais 38€, eu achei interessante e uma vez que nos aproximamos do fim do ano, marquei logo, para o dia de hoje a mesma. Uma vez que não existem Voucher, coloquei o valor da consulta num envelope que ele levou com ele. Como sei que ele é cético, na altura do telefonema, perguntei logo à sra se a consulta incluía a sessão de acupuntura, ao que me foi dito que sim (era fundamental e condição, que ele tivesse logo a experiência para que tivesse interesse em prosseguir com as mesmas e eu referi isso à Sra) . Para facilitar a questão, disse-lhe logo qual era o problema do meu pai e esta pediu-me que levasse com ele a medicação. Hoje, ele foi à dita consulta ( instruído por mim que iria ter uma sessão de acupuntura) e o que é que acontece?! Foi-lhe cobrada a tal consulta ( o dinheiro que ele levava no envelope) e pedidos mais 38€ para começar a fazer as tais sessões, que ele recusou. Na verdade, eu paguei uma consulta para que lhe dissessem que, para fazer um tratamento, lhe iriam cobrar 38€ x 10 sessões, ou seja, eu dei de presente ao meu pai, coisa nenhuma. Perdi 30€ e a clínica, na verdade, perdeu um possível cliente que se sentiu lesado, tal como a filha. I decided this Christmas to offer my father an acupuncture treatment as a gift. I called the clinic in Tomar a week ago to find out if they would have some kind of acupuncture Voucher, the operator said no but that a campaign would be running, until the end of the year, of 30 euros, contrary to the usual 38€, I found it interesting and since we are approaching the end of the year, I booked it right away, for today the same. Since there are no Vouchers, I put the value of the query in an envelope he took with him. As I know he is skeptical, at the time of the phone call, I immediately asked the lady if the consultation included an acupuncture session, to which I was told that it did (it was essential and conditional that he immediately had the experience so that he would be interested in proceeding with them and I mentioned this to Mrs) . To make matters easier, I immediately told her what my father's problem was and she asked me to take the medication with him. Today, he went to said consultation (I was instructed that he was going to have an acupuncture session) and what happens?! He was charged for such a consultation (the money he carried in the envelope) and asked for another €38 to start doing such sessions, which he refused. In fact, I paid for an appointment to be told that, to undergo a treatment, they would charge you 38€ x 10 sessions, that is, I gave it to my father as a gift, nothing. I lost €30 and the clinic actually lost a potential client who felt injured, such as their daughter.
