Quando telefonamos, disseram que a carrinha tinha avariado e nos contactavam no final do dia para remarcar. Vários dias depois sem contacto, e quando confontrados com a falta de atenção ao cliente, rescindiram o serviço de uma hora para a outra sem nos dar tempo de procurar alternativas.
Unprofessional. Contracted domestic cleaning. They didn't show up on the agreed day and didn't give notice. When we called, they said the van had broken down and contacted us at the end of the day to reschedule. Several days later without contact, and when faced with the lack of customer service, they terminated the service overnight without giving us time to look for alternatives.
