★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acreditei nas afirmações que propagam, como sendo uma clínica de excelência ao nível do diagnóstico e tratamento, mas no meu caso, apenas serviu para lá deixar euros e não foram poucos. A minha experiência foi na clínica do Porto ao nível do tratamento, não recomendo.
 I believed in the claims that they spread, as being a clinic of excellence in terms of diagnosis and treatment, but in my case, it only served to leave euros there and there were many. My experience was at the Porto clinic in terms of treatment, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passados 9 meses não noto qualquer diferença e ainda fiquei com a linha da frente mais recuada do lado direito, reclamei e pediram para aguardar mais uns meses. Péssima experiência, não recomendo!
After 9 months I don't notice any difference and I still had the front line further back on the right side, I complained and asked to wait a few more months. Bad experience, do not recommend!

Resultados péssimos, garantias fictícias, promessas em vão.
Após 18 meses garantiram fazer uma nova cirurgia, sem qualquer custo, por forma a compensar o péssimo resultado. Deixaram de responder a emails, são evasivos ao telefone e não assumem as responsabilidades nem compromissos.
Clinica unicamente orientada para o lucro fácil. Deixa muito a desejar na atenção ao cliente.
Infelizmente, e até mudarem de atitude, não recomendo.
They run away from responsibility.
Terrible results, fictitious guarantees, wasted promises.
After 18 months, they guaranteed that they would undergo a new surgery, at no cost, in order to compensate for the poor result. They stopped responding to emails, are evasive on the phone and do not assume responsibilities or commitments.
Clinic solely oriented towards easy profit. It leaves a lot to be desired in customer service.
Unfortunately, and until they change their attitude, I don't recommend it.
