★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for my flight back an COVID Antigen Rapid Test. As I arrived the Lady at the reception, asked me 2 times if I was Mrs. Fernandez who came to late...and I answered no! after that she told me that she couldn't find any reservation on my name, she gave me the List of her agenda (data protection isn't very important in this company) and told me that i probably booked somewhere else...I was totaly shocked and showed her a screenshot I've mad. She procheeded on my registration, even she had my ID with my Name she was to lazy to look correctly to my ID. The costs of 25 Euros I wanted to pay with 50 Euros... after I gave her the money, the Lady told me that if I realy booked here I should know that they don't give money back sooo... Mrs. Cosi like I already told you you didn't booked your reservation here... (I actualy asked the man on the phone on tuesday, when I did the reservation, if it's possible to pay with card and he just told me yes, but I had stil cash and thought it would be okay)...after a long argument I payed with card.
I'm very sorry... but if I would treat costumers like that on my job... I would lose my job! It can happen that something goes wrong with a reservation but hey.... beeing treated like sh*** it's just not the way it works. owww I forgot I'm 7 month pregnant!
