Pretendo não precisar mais do serviço desse laboratório. I went to Germano on 23/01/21 - 10am and I have never been so poorly attended. Atendende was uneducated, thick and rude. I plan to no longer need the service of that laboratory.

Esperei cerca de 30 minutos, só com uma pessoa à minha frente para ser atendida, para me dizerem que não faziam a totalidade das análises. A sala de espera estava vazia e os clientes eram atendidos na rua. Fui a outro laboratório (Moduslab), onde consegui fazer a totalidade das análises, sendo atendida com educação e profissionalismo. Laboratório Germano de Sousa em Faro, nunca mais. Arrogant and time-consuming service. I waited about 30 minutes, with only one person in front of me to be seen, to be told that they didn't do all the analysis. The waiting room was empty and customers were served in the street. I went to another laboratory (Moduslab), where I managed to do all the analyses, being attended to with education and professionalism. Germano de Sousa Laboratory in Faro, never again.

По истечению этого срока результат так и не был получен. Остались очень не довольны этой клиникой. They did a test for covid-19 in this clinic, a child of 5 years old. The fence itself was made very roughly and painfully. The result was said to be ready within 48 hours. After this period, the result has not been received. We were very dissatisfied with this clinic.

I have not made any complains until today as I had compassion to the work load they have to deal with at the moment. But I, as a customer, cannot stand how rude the front desk staff is. Not being greeted, said a please or thank you for delays and such is one thing. But the tone and abrupt way I have been spoken to is shocking. As I said not on only one occasion so there is a pattern here. Totally unhelpful when asked about whether their antigen test complied with UK requirements. On the previous occasions, I felt sad for staff being so rude as I thought it would be horrible to be like this for a whole shift. Now I m voicing my disgust and clearly won't go there ever again.
R	Rubaiyat E Sania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given sample for a RT PCR test of Covid 19 from here for travel purpose. It was 100 euro and the staffs are freindly and helpful. The person who took sample he was a well trained and nice gentle man. I was worried about everything but he chatted with me before the test and made me relaxed. He did it smoothly. The sample collection was not painful, just uncomfortable. The result will be send by email within 24 - 48 hours. My freind from a different lab had a bad experience after paying 125 euro and she got hurt as well. But it did not happend to me and for this reason I can not stop saying good things about them.
