★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha consulta marcada no dia 21-02-2017 às 16:15, passado uma hora da suposta hora da consulta, perguntei na recepção qual o motivo do atraso e indicaram-me que a doutora estava retida no hospital e não iria poder atender-me. Suponho que se não tivesse ido perguntar nada, ainda estaria lá hoje à espera...
I had an appointment scheduled on 21-02-2017 at 16:15, one hour after the supposed time of the appointment, I asked the reception desk the reason for the delay and they told me that the doctor was being held in the hospital and could not attend me . I suppose if I hadn't gone to ask anything, I'd still be there today waiting ...

Tinha consulta marcada para as 10h (hora de abertura é supostamente as 9h), que ainda por cima tinha de pagar uma taxa "Proteção do médico" de 5€ sem recibo. Muito mau o atendimento ao cliente e a cobrar taxas ilegais.
30 minutes waiting for the door to be opened. They didn't answer phones. Nothing.
I had an appointment scheduled for 10am (opening time is supposedly 9am), which on top of that I had to pay a € 5 "Doctor Protection" fee without receipt. Very bad customer service and charging illegal fees.

Quando cheguei a clinica e fui ter com a médica, expliquei o meu problema e ela chamou a secretária e mudou a consulta para neuroftalmologia ( Sem me consultar nada) Eu nem sabia que essa mudança significava pagar mais 10Euros (95). A saída fui cobrado mais 10 Euros. E como se não bastasse estão com dificuldades em me passar a receita da graduação. A secretária diz que devo marcar outra consulta pra me passarem isso. Nunca ví algo assim.
Poor experience. I made an ophthalmology appointment last Wednesday. When I arrived at the clinic and went to the doctor, I explained my problem and she called the secretary and changed the appointment to neurophthalmology (Without consulting me anything) I didn't even know that this change meant paying another 10Euros (95). The departure I was charged plus 10 Euros. And as if that were not enough, they are having difficulty passing me the graduation recipe. The secretary says I should make another appointment to give me this. I never saw anything like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a zero for customer service. I have a problem with my right ear. So in May I went to do an audio exam AudiçãoActiva in Alvalade which was FREE. Then I went to see Dr Quita from this clinic and explained I have pain in my ear and did this audio exam. She recommended me to do a further check up in the hospital. So I booked an appointment with CUF based on the advice the receptionist gave me. Then last week I showed up and they tell me it is the wrong appointment/exam. I even showed them the report from Dr Quita and what type of exam I needed to do. So they rescheduled and I had to pay 125 EUR. Then I found out it yesterday it was the same audio exam I did couple months ago. I was expecting them to check my ear properly to go to the root of the problem and come with a solution. So I was flabbergasted. I feel they are stealing money. So I contacted CNO LX regarding this and they simply say they cannot help me and should find a solution somewhere else. Unbelievable how you treat customers. And no I will not remove my review, I want my money back.
