Si leen las reseñas verán que ni es un hotel...es un apartamento con gente por todas partes ,CON 2 BAÑOS COMPARTIDOS para todos..con todo tipo de problemas..las opiniones hasta creo que están trucadas....hay hoteles en Maia o alrededores q superan de largo a este establecimiento,sin atención al cliente...El gerente ni me hizo la reserva..me la cobro ..tuve q cancelarla por motivos...pero pude alojarme de nuevo otra vez de nuevo en este "alojamiento"...el se negó a hospedarme de nuevo o a reembolsarme de Nuevo,eso todo teniendo en cuenta que todo ocurrió en un periodo de unas horas y teniendo su habitación siempre en pantalla en Booking para poder resrvarla...no cogía el teléfono...no se lo cogía a los agentes de Booking..ni respondía sus correos.. ...ha sustraído mi reserva sin contemplaciones...hay que ser nobles en esta vida... Do not book here !! It is not a hotel! If you read the reviews you will see that it is not a hotel ... it is an apartment with people everywhere, WITH 2 SHARED BATHROOMS for everyone ... with all kinds of problems ... I even think they are fake ... there are hotels in Maia or surroundings that far exceed this establishment, without customer service ... The manager did not even make the reservation ... I charged it ... I had to cancel it for reasons ... but I was able to stay again again again in this "accommodation" ... he refused to host me again or to reimburse me again, all taking into account that everything happened in a period of a few hours and having his room always on the screen in Booking to be able to reserve it ... no he picked up the phone ... he didn't pick it up from the Booking agents ... nor did he answer their emails .. ... he has withdrawn my reserve unceremoniously ... you have to be noble in this life ...

O que é mau para quem chega de novo que ainda não usou e já encontra as coisas sujas. Para desfarçar maus cheiros usam demasiado ambientador que se torna enjoativo. As janelas são velhas e por isso ouve se tudo na rua. The reaction is availability is excellent. But the facilities are weak. They are waiting for the guests to clean. Which is bad for new arrivals who haven't used it yet and find dirty things. To remove bad smells, they use too much air freshener that becomes nauseating. The windows are old, so you can hear everything on the street.

On a accès à tout, cuisine, salle de bain, salon, terrasse... c'est très jolie et très propre ! C'est des aires communes et un peu difficile à trouver une fois sur place, mais ça en vaut largement la peine. N'hésitez pas, je reviendrais ici n'importe quand. Merci ? WOW A warm welcome, I loved my stay. The host took the time to show us everything and made us feel very comfortable. We have access to everything, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace ... it's very pretty and very clean! It's common areas and a little hard to find once there, but well worth it. Don't hesitate, I would come back here anytime. Thank you ?
