Há um excesso de avisos por email, sms e chamadas telefónicas.
Deixo dois exemplos:
6 chamadas telefónicas para o meu número no espaço de duas horas, estava no hospital com a minha filha o que causou algum constrangimento, só à sétima vez atendi.
Segundo exemplo: e-mails às 5h da manhã, mesmo que seja fim de semana.
Informações repetitivas, reforçadas, redundantes que em nada acrescentam, pelo contrário, torna-se assustador.

I leave two examples:
6 phone calls to my number within two hours, I was in the hospital with my daughter which caused some embarrassment, I only answered it the seventh time.

Envio de correspondência automático péssimo. Sistema mal feito.
Dois emails repetidos às 5h47 da manhã.
Informação redundante, por sms, telefonema e e-mail. Constante agendamento automático de débitos diretos na conta do cliente.
Entrem em incumprimento com quem quiserem menos com a cofidis. Serão bombardeados até à exaustão.
Trata-se no meu caso de um pequeníssimo crédito automóvel com prestação irrisória mas que com a pandemia tive alguma dificuldade. Para o sistema automático tanto faz. 1 cêntimo é um cêntimo. Toca a bombardear o cliente. Hoje escrevo isto, Sábado dia 26 de Março. Os escritórios abrem às 9h, segunda-feira dia 28 de Março quando forem 9h01 da manhã estão-me a ligar vai uma aposta? E é se não for já hoje ao Sábado mesmo.
Calma Cofidis. Serão devidamente ressarcidos com as vossas custas adicionais de juros e comissões respectivas, eu pago tudo. Pago capital, juro, juro de atraso e comissões de atraso, é preciso é calma
