★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devido a uma mudança repentina em termos profissionais tivemos de mudar de país. Após explicação do assunto recusaram a devolução do valor pago de inscrição. É sabido que não é reembolsável em caso de desistência pois muitos pais inscrevem os filhos em várias escolas e depois escolhem a preferencial, mas neste caso foi por forças maiores. Disponibilizei-me para reunião a explicar e expôr o caso, mas nem uma resposta.
Uma instituição que se preza pelos valores ao próximo, poderia ter compaixão por uma situação pontual.
Due to a sudden change in professional terms we had to move to another country. After explaining the matter, they refused to return the registration fee. It is known that it is not refundable in case of withdrawal, as many parents enroll their children in several schools and then choose the preferred one, but in this case it was due to greater forces.
