Probably the only place in Lisbon with a good choice of both 35mm and 120mm film. The film was stored in good conditions and the prices are reasonable 17€ for a portra 800 roll, 120mm. They also have a large choice of camera gear. We easily found the store, but it’s a bit if far from the city centre.

The best photo shop in Portugal. Been a photographer for as long as I can remember and all my gear is bought there. Excellent service with great knowledge. Wide selection of gear to choose from. Reasonable prices. If you are serious about photography or want a professional opinion/help to purchase something, this js the place to go.

I decided to develop and digitalise here a film roll. It was an old expired film roll and thus it came with it's challenges in the development process I can imagine. I received the digitalisation and it had 18 out of 34 exposures/fotos. The numeration went from 1 to 6 and then from 20 to 32 which I found oddly presentation to a client and made me realise that something might have gone wrong, thus I sent an email explaining the situation. The poor customer service replied to me with one sentence "Your film has been altered, thank you". This left me frustrated, it didn't gave me any sense that I was being listened to or that they were gonna address my issue properly. I went to the store to pick up my already developed film and the employee told me that the film roll must have been very difficult to develop and sometimes they're/the machine is not able to. I went home and looked myself at the already developed film roll, finding multiple exposures/photos that weren't digitalised and yet I could see them clearly in the roll. Another index that they weren't doing a great job. So I went there again, explain them the situation, instead of trying to find a solution they start giving excuses why it might have gone wrong, which no client wants to hear to be honest and it's super unprofessional. I told them I want the complete digitalisation regardless, because that's what I'm paying for anyway. The employee told me it would be delivered in 2 days. A week passed by and I didn't receive anything... Thus I called once more to find out that my email had been misspelled, showing once more, the unprofessional service they deliver. Yet again the employee on the phone gave me more excuses instead of solutions until I gave him the possibility that my email might have been misspelled. Overall a very big headache and a poor service to get a digitalisation done from a film roll.

Supposedly the best in town for professional camera supplies but run away from it if you need your camera equipment repaired. I've had my Nikon 28-70 2.8 lens there for 6 months and still don't have it back. Phone calls and personal visits to the site have resulted in nothing My Nikon D3 body took 4 months to be repaired. Don't send your equipment there if you need it repaired. They just don't deliver as expected and you may wait for months before you get it back.
