S	Sam K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Colussus hoping to experience Portuguese craft beer and were completely blown away with the quality of their brews and their hospitality. Zé and Thomas are fantastic ambassadors of the growing craft scene over in Porto and shared with us a lot about how they got started, their philosophy and about the next steps in their evolution. They even gave us some other places to checkout before we left Porto. Finally, on top of their regular brewed, they even let us try one of the best Oak Barrel Aged DIPA, Imperial Brown IPA, and Fig Stouts we've ever tasted. It was somewhat an Omakase of craft beer. We look forward to seeing them make waves over in Porto. You absolutely have to check them out if you're in Porto.

Although Colossus’ beers are good, there is a lack of good atmosphere, any type of food (not even peanuts or chips), good service (waiter spent more time smoking right next to us outside and playing hard metallica music then trying to explain their beer options) and just general feel to the place. We will not be going back…(Especially considering the other options in town).

The beer is very good and interesting, I loved the rye lager and the imperial stout whilst my husband loved their take on an English bitter. A throughly enjoyable few hours and we will definitely return before we leave Porto.
