★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passado 08/10/2021 tinha um bilhete para viaxar de Porto Campanhá a Lisboa St. Apolonia. Por causa da greve nao o puiden utilizar. O día 13/10/2021 reclamei por email a devoluçao do dinheiro. Voltei a reclamar , contactei polo Facebook coa CP, mas nao me devolverom o dinheiro do bilhete que nao puiden utilizar.
 The past 08/10/2021 had a ticket to travel from Porto Campanhá to Lisbon St. Apolonia. Because of the strike, I couldn't use it. On 10/13/2021 I requested a refund by email. I complained again, I contacted Facebook with CP, but they did not refund the money for the ticket that I could not use.

Old trains that turn off during the trip and take a long time to start up again! It is the most obsolete transport service that Portugal has! never meet schedule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfa-pendular relativamente rápido ( atrasou aproximadamente 10 min. e em algumas partes da viagem circulou mesmo a velocidade reduzida ); confortável e com apoios tal como: energia individual 220v, luz de leitura, avisos sonoros e visuais, restaurante/bar, carrinho de snacks e bebidas, etc; anuncia free wi-fi, mas é uma mentira pois a maior parte da viagem Lisboa-Porto está sem internet disponível, não sendo possível ver qualquer série ou filme on-line!!! Não percebo porque exigem identificação, se apresentamos comprovante de bilhete on-line e impressão física do mesmo...
Relatively fast alpha-pendulum (delayed approximately 10 min. and in some parts of the trip even at reduced speed); comfortable and with supports such as: 220v individual power, reading light, audible and visual warnings, restaurant/bar, snack and beverage cart, etc; advertises free wi-fi, but it is a lie because most of the Lisbon-Porto trip is without internet available, it is not possible to watch any series or movie online!!! I don't understand why they require identification, if we present proof of ticket online and physical printing of the ticket...

Dirty seats and floor. Old and stinky trains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisbon has 4th world public transportation and CP doesn't get behind. In Brussels there's trains from 10 to 10 min to Amsterdam. In Lisbon you'll have to wait 30 min just to go to the suburbs. This is why all Portuguese drive cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars simply because they have a really easy refund process and I didn’t have to call them to get it. In these times you’d be surprised how many companies won’t honor a refund due to their own financial crisis with the pandemic. Doesn’t leave a lot of room for tourists to make booking mistakes so I appreciate the refund so I can book my correct form of travel. I would book with them in the future simply for this reason.
