Ontem à noite, dirigi me a esta loja por volta das 22h e pouco, e ao entrar na loja deparei me com vários peixes mortos nos vários aquários, e pelo estado deles notava-se que já ali estavam à bastante tempo. Dirigi-me à funcionária e falei em tom baixo para não criar alarido. O meu espanto, é que a funcionária ignorou por completo e voltou para dentro do balcão e cruzou os braços, como se não tivesse nada para fazer.
Se ela não estaria autorizada a fazer a remoção dos peixes podia ter dito algo como "vou informar o meu colega" ou algo do género, o que não fez.
I do not advise buying fish at this establishment!
Last night I went to this store at about 10:00 PM, and when I entered the store, I came across several dead fish in the various aquariums, and by their condition it was clear that they had been there for a long time. I went to the clerk and spoke in a low tone so as not to create a fuss. To my astonishment, the attendant ignored him completely and went back inside the counter and folded her arms, as if she had nothing to do.
If she would not be allowed to remove the fish she might have said something like "I'm going to inform my colleague" or something, which she did not do.

Garantiram me qualidade de produtos que adquiri e tinha tudo menos qualidade. Entrei em contacto com a loja e não só se tentaram esquivar da lei portuguesa e europeia como também fizeram o que o típico português incompetente faz, "empurrar as culpas para outro" e rejeitar responsabilidade.
Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!! Beware of this store!!!!
They assured me of the quality of the products I purchased and it had everything but quality. I got in touch with the store and not only did they try to evade Portuguese and European law, they also did what the typical incompetent Portuguese does, "shift the blame to someone else" and reject responsibility.
