First of all, they delayed everything until the last hour (literally), when they had to file an extension for us. This is all despite the fact that we followed up with them numerous times over the course of 4 months in order to try to move things along.
When they did respond (rarely), they refused to give us any guidance at all. We're expats, and they kept claiming that they couldn't give us any tax guidance, because they weren't familiar with US tax law - the problem is that we were asking for guidance with Portuguese tax law, since we'd hired them for that specific purpose.
We ended up paying them 800 EUR to do nothing. (We went with another company even after paying them, because our experience was so bad).
I was annoyed about it for a while, but I've delayed writing this review for 4 months to give myself a more balanced view, but I'd personally still recommend staying far away from this company.
