★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like a plague! Never saw room like this, couldnt be more dirty, everything old/ broken/ old ice creams in the frigo, no reception, guy who gave keys, who said he was available 24u not reachable when needed. 'Swimming pool without water... left faster than check in took!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large complex, you can see that work is ongoing to improve the site and money is being invested. All spaces have working elevators and yes, there is parking onsite which does get very busy in summer but we found the P4 free parking just a couple of minutes' walk away and that worked for us once we had unpacked things from the car. No swimming pool but we knew this before we arrived, the beach is lovely and close and there are lots of restaurants, bars and small supermarkets within walking distance. We found it great value for money, Praia da Rocha can be very expensive in August and it is very popular with both the Portuguese and foreigners. Some apartments are better renovated than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and value for money - 1 bed apartment but sofa beds in living room meant could easily sleep 4-5 people. Modern kitchen and bathroom with open view from balcony was really nice space to chill and great wifi. Easy walk to beach, shops and lots of bars & restaurants. It is clear that work is underway to renovate the communal areas and money is being invested in the site. Two modern elevators made it easy to access the apartment on 11th floor. Parking was available on site but as it was August it was very busy, emptied car at entrance to block and then drove to P4 free parking on the roundabout, 2 minutes walk away, it worked perfectly for us. Praia da Rocha can be very expensive in August for a family/group of friends and this was a reasonably priced option in a convenient location. Owner also spoke English and Portuguese so very easy communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a No-No for me, this place has no conditions to receive guests, it has no parking, no ac and no swimming pool... we rented for a week and ended up staying one night and never got a refund... of all places in Portimão i recommend to stay AWAY from this place. Its an absolutely No-go for me and for families that have kids...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No internet. Not clean. No knifes. Everything there is 50years old. Like i tried to fry an egg and it was horrible cause pan is 50years old. Nobody speaks english and neighbours are weird and loud. the owner ignored my messages until my last day. It can be very cute apartement but obviously they dont care about it because they didnt invest 1 euro in it for the last 50 years.
