Perdi minha boleia de volta para casa e ainda tive que ouvir que não existe marcação pras 8h (recebi email com confirmação do horário, conforme imagem anexa). Mas, tirando isso, o atendimento foi ótimo, serviço executado rapidamente, preço do orçamento cumprido e até lavaram o carro.
Fiquei bastante satisfeita
I just got a little frustrated because I made an appointment via the Internet for 8am and when I arrived at the place it only opened at 9am.
I missed my ride home and I still had to hear that there is no appointment for 8am (I received an email confirming the time, as shown in the attached image). But, apart from that, the service was great, service executed quickly, the budget was met and the car was even washed.
I was very satisfied

Tenho que agradecer a menina Ana, pelo excelente atendimento, simpatia e acompanhamento, além do Sr. Sebastião que fez tudo o que era possível para que a viatura ficasse reparada rapidamente.
Agradeço mais uma vez o empenho e profissionalismo numa reparação em que se exigia rapidez.

Concretely, I don't know the workshop locally, as everything that was done and handled was via mobile phone.
I have to thank Miss Ana, for the excellent service, sympathy and follow-up, as well as Mr. Sebastião who did everything possible to have the vehicle repaired quickly.
Once again, thank you for your commitment and professionalism in a repair that required speed.
