Half out of stock. First delivery was really good and fitters really good. Second delivery not so good. They never opened a free standing mirror. So I opened two minutes after they left and noticed a slight piece of damage. Phoned the fitters but they wouldn't come back. Phoned their office but the people on the phone don't speak great English. They said they would ring me but didn't...They said I can return it but I'm half an hour from their store and have a really large car. Probably cost me 40 euros to return it....So gone from being totally impressed to thinking its the sort of poor service I'd get in the UK. Ironically the second fitting team one of the guys was British !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews here we thought this would offer us the chance to buy reasonable quality furniture at reasonable prices for our apartment. The prices are certainly low; but for us the quality of products seemed low; definitely lower quality than IKEA. So left disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved here and do not speak very much Portugese yet. The workers didn't speak a lot of English but they tried very hard to explain things and were very patient. They were helpful and kind even when we asked the same question twice because we didn't understand. I would definitely go back, and also recommend. It was during a Black Friday sale so I know there were other customers who probably would not have been so time consuming, yet they helped us anyway. The prices were beyond our expectation, the quality is on the low side but we hope it is sufficient for our needs.
