Recusam-se a trocar e estão sempre a por as culpas uns nos outros! ainda por cima acham-se cheios de razão! Infelizmente só vou conseguir resolver esta situação com ajuda da GNR! Não aconselho ninguém a comprar lá ! Horrible do not recommend to anyone! I bought a television mobile came another completely different mobile! No dia 03/10/2021 encomendei dois sofás na loja Conforkasa da Trofa, pago metade do valor no ato da encomenda, fomos informados que os sofás seriam entregues dentro de 45 dias úteis, ressaltando que a colaboradora que nos atendeu disse que eles normalmente até eram entregues antes do prazo (bem enganados). Passados os 45 dias disseram-nos que estavam com atrasos e que a meados de janeiro os sofás já estariam prontos. Janeiro chegou e voltei a questionar pelos sofás ao qual me disseram que não tinham colaboradores pois estavam com covid, claramente mais uma desculpa. Aguardei a semana que me deram de prazo. Liguei constantemente todas as semanas, até hoje e sempre com desculpas diferentes. No dia 18/02/2022, contactamos a conforkasa e disseram-nos que os sofás ficariam prontos no próprio dia. Hoje, dia 21/02/2022 contactamos a empresa, ao qual nos responderam que não sabiam onde se encontravam os meus sofás. Para além de serem mentirosos, têm 0 qualidade de serviço pois as colaboradoras que nos atendem nem têm consideração em explicar a situação e de nos passarem o telefonema ao superior. O MAIS ENGRAÇADO É QUE SÓ RESPONDEM AOS COMENTÁRIOS POSITIVOS, QUE SÃO RAROS. Do not buy from this store. I give 1 star because I can't give less. In short: LIARS, POOR QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE. On 10/03/2021 I ordered two sofas at the Conforkasa da Trofa store, paid half the amount at the time of ordering, we were informed that the sofas would be delivered within 45 working days, noting that the employee who attended us said that they normally even were delivered before the deadline (well mistaken). After 45 days, they told us that there were delays and that by mid-January the sofas would be ready. January arrived and I asked again about the sofas that I was told they didn't have employees because they had covid, clearly another excuse. I waited for the week I was given a deadline. I called constantly every week until today and always with different excuses. On 02/18/2022, we contacted conforkasa and they told us that the sofas would be ready on the same day. Today, the 21/02/2022, we contacted the company, to which they replied that they did not know where my sofas were. In addition to being liars, they have 0 quality of service because the employees who serve us are not even considerate in explaining the situation and in giving us the call to the superior. THE FUNNIEST IS THAT THEY ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE COMMENTS, WHICH ARE RARE.
