Nem sempre conseguimos, mas convém atender o cliente com simpatia, para este querer voltar. Entendo que seja complicado proceder a uma troca, mas faz parte. Não obstante, recomendo.
Store with some variety of appliances. We were offered an appliance that we already had and we went to exchange it. It doesn't take five stars for the little will of the person who attended us. We don't always succeed, but it is convenient to serve the customer with sympathy, so that they want to come back. I understand that it's complicated to make an exchange, but it's part of it. Nevertheless, I recommend it.
